A martial arts class that goes well beyond fighting. Soulful Martial Arts blends traditional foundations with creative expression, mindful awareness and plenty of play: dynamic drills, flowing forms, partner work and free movement, building real skill, discipline and body awareness along the way.
Every session includes moments of breathwork and reflection. Complete beginners and experienced martial artists are equally welcome: no ego, no pressure to perform, just honest effort and good company. Led by Ricky.
