Overground: Hackney Wick is an 8 to 10 minute walk, level access via dropped kerbs.
Elizabeth line, rail and Tube: Stratford, then 10 to 15 minutes through Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
Bus: 236, 276 and 388 stop at Trowbridge Estate, 40 yards from the door.
Bike and car: bike rail at the front entrance. Street parking only at present, with drop-offs at the door for anyone needing assistance.

Step-free: the cafe, bar, Sunroom, Hall and garden are all wheelchair accessible.
Platform lift: ring the bell at the grey doors to the right of the main entrance and staff will bring the lift down.
Accessible toilet: gender neutral, with grab handles, a low sink and an emergency cord.
Assistance animals: always welcome, water bowls available.
Layouts: seating and layouts can be adjusted by advance request.
Worth knowing: some evening events play loud music. There is no induction loop, and BSL or live captioning only where an event specifies it.
