Mamma Swim
The Sunroom, 11am to 1.30pm. A weekly sauna meet-up for mums with babies and toddlers.
A weekly sauna meet-up for mums with babies and toddlers aged 0 to 24 months, hosted by Mamma Swim CIC. While the group looks after each other's little ones, mums take turns in the sauna in small groups (and the cold plunge, if you're feeling bold), then come back to a room full of mums who get it.
The group has the Sunroom to itself for the session, with foam mats on the floor for the babies. Everyone stays for the full session, 11am to 1.30pm, so the childcare swap works for all. This community swap has been at the heart of Mamma Swim since 2012.
Price: £7.40. You'll need to be a Mamma Swim member and agree to their community terms on Heylo before booking. Book with the button below.
