Ecstatic Dance

A free-form, non-verbal dance practice run by Ecstatic Dance UK, with a live DJ set and opening and closing circles. Warm-up from 10am, doors close at 10.55am. Sauna and cold plunge run at the venue afterwards, booked separately.
