Drift: Solidarity Breathwork for Colombia

A fundraising breathwork journey led by Daniela Camacho of Drift. Following the August earthquake in Colombia, 100 per cent of funds raised go straight towards rebuilding homes.

The session runs in three parts: a moment for grounding and opening the space, a guided session of conscious connected breathing, then a peaceful period of integration.

Conscious connected breathwork is a way to reset the nervous system. You may release physical, mental or emotional tension, settle into deep relaxation, or find real joy. All emotions are welcome.
