COMMUNITY GARDEN

Lend a hand in the community garden at 80 Eastway, meet your neighbours and help a small green corner of Hackney Wick grow.

Community Garden & Volunteers

Volunteer days every Monday, 2pm to 6pm

A shared space to admire and honour the more-than-human world. An eco-system within Eastway Baths, for other types of communities that experience life differently to humans. Meet thriving plants, darting insects and flirtatious pollinators, relax and learn the power humans have as keystone species to support and empower our greenspaces and animal allies.

Even though London is one of the greenest capitals in the world, access to nature in this city can become a challenge and deemed a privilege, rather than the human need it actually is. It's why our community garden is always open to the public. We're hopeful to collaborate with local groups and communities who would appreciate dedicated times nurturing this garden. Please get in contact with wellbeing@community-sauna.co.uk on how we can support your access to nature.

After a summer break due to our garden expansion and rejuvenation, we're delighted to announce the return of our Community Garden Volunteer Days. Every Monday from 2pm to 6pm. Get your hands in the soil, enjoy a tea with new friends and finish the session with a complimentary sauna.
